Yes, you can restore your utility service after disconnection on the same day up to 4:30 pm. After 4:30 pm there is an additional $25.00 after-hours fee added to the delinquent balance and re-connection fee.
Can I get my utilities on the same day I sign up for services?
Yes, you can get same day service up to 2:00 pm. After 2:00 pm there is an after-hours fee of $25.00. Services are guaranteed to be turned on before 7:00 pm.

Yes, $250.00 is the required deposit for electric and water services. For Spalding County residents, a $100.00 deposit is required for water services only. Commercial deposits are calculated on an individual basis. Deposits must be paid at the time of acquiring services.
