**WARNING**

ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE COURTROOM WILL BE SEARCHED.  WEAPONS WILL BE CONFISCATED.  IF YOU ARE CARRYING ANYTHING THAT COULD BE USED AS A WEAPON, TAKE IT BACK AND SECURE IT IN YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE ENTERING.

City of Griffin Municipal Court
By Order of The Judge:

• No firearms, knives, chemical agents (mace, pepper spray, etc.), lighters, or weapons of any kind allowed.
• No purses, book bags, diaper bags, handbags, or totes of any kind allowed.
• No hats, head scarfs, bandanas, headdress of any kind allowed. (Religious and Medical Exemptions with prior approval by the Judge.)
• No tank tops, tube tops, flip flops, or pajamas allowed.  Shoes must be worn!
• No food or drinks allowed.
• Cell phones, and any other electronic devices shall be turned off before entering the court room.  (IF AT ANY TIME YOUR DEVICE GOES OFF OR YOU ARE CAUGHT USING YOUR DEVICE IN THE COURTROOM, IT WILL BE CONFISCATED.)
• No cameras or recording devices allowed without prior approval from the Judge and completion of proper paperwork.
• Noise should be kept to a minimum during court.
• All other rules imposed by the Uniform Rules of Municipal Courts of the State of Georgia are applicable while court is in session.

ANY OUTBURST OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR IN THE COURTROOM SHALL RESULT IN THE REMOVAL FROM THE COURTROOM AND THE POSSIBILITY OF CRIMINAL CHARGES.

VIOLATORS TO ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE SUBJECT TO PUNISHMENT OF CONTEMPT AND/OR ARREST FOR VIOLATIONS OF CRIMINAL LAWS.
