Griffin Municipal Court will conduct our annual amnesty program beginning Sunday February 1, 2026 and running through Thursday April 30, 2026.

During this period, defendants with a Failure to Appear Bench Warrant may come into the Griffin Municipal Court office located at 100 South Hill Street and pay their original fine in full, the Failure to Appear Bench Warrant will be dismissed, and the fine of $200.00 plus state-imposed add-ons waived. Those with mandatory court appearance offenses will be given a new court date to appear before the Judge. This program does not include Violation of Probation Warrants.
