The project consists of grading and construction of 648 linear feet of 24' - wide paved city street. Construction includes asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, a new 5' sidewalk on one side of the street, two stormwater inlets, and 18" RCP storm pipe. Construction of the street also incudes installation of an 85' -long Contech aluminum arch culvert with a live bottom. Utility work on the project includes the removal of approximately 120 linear feet of existing 12" VCP sanitary sewer and replacement with 12" DIP sewer main and the installation of two sanitary sewer manholes. The extension of Elle's Way will intersect into Blanton Avenue and N. 3rd Street. The project will begin on January 5, 2026 and is set to be complete by May 25, 2026.
