The Griffin Municipal Court will conduct the annual Amnesty Program beginning Thursday, February 1, 2024 through Friday, April 26, 2024. During this period, defendants with a Failure To Appear Bench Warrant may come into the Griffin Municipal Court office, located at 100 South Hill Street, and pay their original fine in full- the Failure To Appear Bench Warrant will be dismissed and the fine of $200.00 plus state-imposed add-ons waived. 

Those with mandatory court appearance offenses will be given a new court date to appear before the Judge. This program does not include Violation Of Probation Warrants.
