Usage Fee: $950 per day ($150 per hour) Friday, Saturday, Sunday $650 per day ($100 per hour) Monday through Thursday

Spaces must be rented for a minimum of two hours.  A “day” is deemed to be eight hours on the specified day of the event.

Fire Bay

Capacity: 350 Standing, 150 Seated

Usage Fee: $950 per day ($150 per hour) Friday, Saturday, Sunday $650 per day ($100 per hour) Monday through Thursday

Upstairs Conference Space

        
Capacity: 30 Standing, 24 Seated

Usage Fee: $150.00 for four hours minimum ($35 per hour for each additional hour)

The entire Facility may be rented at a cost of $1,350 for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rentals. The entire Facility is available for rent Monday through Thursday at a cost of $1,000 for the day; however, the offices located on the main floor of the Facility will remain open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. if it is a normal working day.
