The Procurement Department provides services to all City departments by assisting, planning, organizing, and directing procurement activities in accordance with the federal, state and local ordinances governing purchases when needed. Our goal is to promote fair and open competition in the procurement of quality goods and services necessary to support the operations of the City while maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.

How to do Business with the City

The first step to selling goods or services to the City is to register as a Supplier with the City. This is done by completing the Supplier Registration online and uploading the completed W-9 and Supplier (E-Verify) Affidavit. The two required forms are below; you will need to have these completed, signed and available on your computer to be uploaded when you register. You may select as many NIGP commodity codes as are applicable to your business to ensure visibility during sourcing. You may also upload other documentation that you may feel is beneficial to the registration. Bid opportunities are posted on this website and notification links are posted on GLGA Marketplace and Georgia Procurement Registry.
