This Division is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the City of Griffin's motorized equipment/vehicles fleet of over 700 units. The Fleet Maintenance Software used by the Motor Pool catalogs each piece of equipment and all repairs/maintenance performed insuring a comprehensive history for each unit.

This division is also responsible for the purchase of over 1/2 million gallons of fuel annually. The smooth fueling of the City's fleet of equipment is a vital part of the successful operation of the City. This division also maintains the fueling recoreds for the City's fleet and orders fuel for all City locations that require fuel.
