Ptl. Trey Williams has a German Shepherd named Deuce, Ptl. Jonathan McGehee has a yellow lab named Duke, Ptl. Jonathan Hoffman has a German Shepherd named Deny, and Cpl. Chad Moxon has a German Shepard named Freddy. The officers and their dogs train together for illegal drug detection during traffic stops. The dogs and their handlers are used during roadside checks, criminal apprehension, victim searches, and finding lost children. These officers and their dogs are an asset to the citizens of Griffin through their aggressive drug intervention. Sgt. John Hayes is the K9 Supervisor.
