The Customer Service Department serves the City of Griffin and Spalding County for their utility needs. City of Griffin utilities offers electric (including residential, commercial and industrial), water, sewerage, and garbage pick-up services.

Utility Contract

Customers may come inside to pay their bill, or use the convenient drive-thru.

You must have your bill with you if you use the drive-thru. There are 3 drop boxes located throughout the City for your convenience:
